Mieka Harris
Mieka joined the British Museum in September 2012 following three years as Head of Key Stage 3 mathematics in a secondary school in Cambridgeshire. Mieka is developing a financial education programme aligning objects in the Citi Money Gallery collection with elements of the mathematics, economics and citizenship curricula.  Within this, Mieka works with schools and community groups to support the delivery of empowering financial education. 


Alongside this role, Mieka is a visiting lecturer on the Secondary Mathematics PGCE course at the University of Bedfordshire. Mieka has completed her MA in Education and holds a BSc in Economics and International Development.
