London Vegetable Orchestra

The London Vegetable Orchestra is the UK's only ensemble dedicated to bringing you "Home Grown"entertainment.

This group was founded over 3 years ago at the prestigious Hampton Court Flower Show for Tyrrell's Crisps and has since been part of many other food festivals and garden shows. They have also expanded to work in schools and local community events.

The orchestra is made up pure hand crafted local produce. Showcasing a brass section of courgettes, squashes, peppers and cassava roots, soaring winds featuring carrot recorders, and a banging percussion section including freshly carved pumpkins.

Performing classic famous songs throughout the ages with a "fresh" twist, such as "Greensleaves", Elvis Parsley's "Blue Swede Shoes" and the Michael Jackson hit "Billie Aubejean".

This dynamic ensemble will show you help you enjoy music at its roots!

Performers on the day will include;

     Clare Graham

     Danielle Jalowiecka

     Simon Tong

     Faye Treacy
