Dr Ann Limb OBE DL is a business leader & social entrepreneur & Chair of the South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership.


Following a career in Further Education as a college principal, Ann became the senior civil servant responsible for the UK government’s flagship digital learning initiatives, learndirect, UK online & Direct Gov, moving to the private sector in 2005 as a government adviser in the UK and overseas. 

Ann is chair of the national educational charity, the Helena Kennedy Foundation, which she founded in 1998 to promote social inclusion. She holds several other public and private sector non-executive directorships.
